Shekhar Thite
Founder, Chairman & Principal Advisor
Shekhar Thite, an M.Tech (Civil Engineering) graduate from IIT Bombay, is a distinguished leader in the valuation industry with decades of experience in shaping valuation practices in India and beyond. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), UK, widely regarded as the gold standard in valuation worldwide. Additionally, he is an IBBI-Registered Valuer under the Companies Act, 2013 and a Category I Registered Valuer under the Wealth Tax Act (Department of Income Tax).
A Life Fellow of the Institution of Valuers (India) and a member of the Practising Valuers Association of India (PVAI), Shekhar has played a key role in setting industry benchmarks. He is also a Chartered Valuation Surveyor and Chartered Engineer, further reinforcing his expertise and credibility in the field.

With a Master’s in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University, USA and a Post Graduate degree in Finance and , Siddharth brings a strong academic foundation to the field of valuation and engineering.
He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), UK, a globally recognized gold standard in valuation, as well as a member of the PVAI Valuation Professional Organization. As a Registered Valuer (Land & Building) with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) under the Companies Act, 2013. He is also registered under Category I (Immovable Properties) with Department of Income Tax, Govt. Of India. Siddharth possesses the legal and professional credentials to conduct valuations with precision and credibility.
With deep expertise in valuation of structures, he has worked as an Independent Engineer for lenders, investors, and property owners, ensuring accurate assessments and strategic insights.
At Thite Valuers & Engineers, he plays a key leadership role in managing overall business operations. A tech-savvy professional, he leverages his technological expertise to enhance business efficiency and innovation in valuation practices.
Lalit M. Sarvaiya

Lalit serves as the Director – Valuation and Advisory Services at Thite Valuers & Engineers, where he leads the firm’s strategic initiatives in valuation and consulting across a broad range of asset classes. With over 25 years of industry experience, he brings specialized expertise in the valuation of plant and machinery, marine assets, power plants, and other technical assets.
He has also developed significant capabilities in Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) studies, providing in-depth technical and financial insights for investment decisions and project assessments.
A first-class B.E. (Mechanical) graduate, he possesses cross-sectoral knowledge spanning pharmaceuticals, chemicals, engineering, automobiles, plastics, and petrochemicals. As a Government-Registered Valuer (Plant & Machinery) under the Wealth Tax Act with Income Tax Department, Govt. of India and a Chartered Engineer, he ensures the delivery of accurate, compliant, and high-quality valuation and advisory services.
Through his leadership, the Valuation and Advisory Services division continues to serve a diverse clientele with integrity, precision, and technical excellence.

Sarvesh Thite leads the Financial Advisory Services division at Thite Valuers & Engineers, bringing a unique blend of financial expertise and entrepreneurial insight to the firm. He holds an MBA in Finance and has successfully cleared Level II of the CFA Program (USA), equipping him with strong analytical and strategic capabilities.
With a background that spans both startups and core finance, Sarvesh plays a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive financial advisory solutions. His core areas of expertise include Financial Analysis, Due Diligence, Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) reports and financial advisory services. In addition, he has in-depth experience in the drafting and preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), helping organizations streamline operations and ensure process consistency.
Sarvesh’s hands-on approach, technical acumen, and problem-solving mindset contribute to the firm's focus on delivering accurate, tailored, and high-impact financial solutions.
